Every day is different but following is a guideline schedule of a representative day’s activities based on a Standard Study Program:

If working on an ‘Awayday’
:

8.00am: Breakfast at the Old Watermill.
9.15am: Meet and introduction to the day’s activities. Brief on itinerary, work plan and aims, materials and equipment necessary, etc.
9.30am: Depart for selected worksite.
10.00am: Drawing/Painting scene en plein air at worksite under guided tuition.
1.00pm: Picnic lunch.
1.30pm: Continuation of Drawing/Painting under guided tuition.
4.30pm: Depart for return to the Old Watermill.
5.00pm: Plenary and review of group work.
5.30pm: Finish working day.

If working onsite at the Old Watermill:

8.00am: Breakfast at the Old Watermill.
9.15am: Meet and introduction to the day’s activities. Brief on itinerary, work plan and aims, materials and equipment necessary, etc.
9.30am: Begin study and develop work under guided tuition in studio or grounds.
1.00pm: Lunch.
1.30pm: Continuation of Drawing/Painting under guided tuition.
4.30pm: Plenary and review of group work.
5.00pm: Finish working day.

At the end of your course/workshop a personal review of your work produced and progress made across your stay will be evaluated, followed by recommendations and suggestions for further development/practice/study in the future.
